PLEASE NOTE: We try to answer email within 24 hours. If you have not heard from us, your email is wandering, lost and alone, somewhere in cyberspace. We have turned off every possible SPAM filter in hopes of receiving your e-mail. We have switched servers and software. However, we still get calls from time to time from people asking why we didn't respond to their email. Audience Size: To ensure the educational quality of the shows, Keith works with 175-200 students per school program. Unlimited audiences will be accommodated for evening programs, library events, malls and festivals.
When you call or write, please let us know the approximate number of students who will be participating.
Things that Affect the Price of Your Program: Prices are based on a number of factors, including audience size, travel expenses, the number of titles you choose, and whether the programs are back-to-back or A.M./P.M.
On two show days, Keith prefers to do both in the morning or afternoon. We call this "back-to-back" programs. There is an additional fee for booking one show before lunch and one show after. (We call this "AM/PM" bookings.) We hate to turn people away because the schedule is full, so please, help us find room for all of our clients by scheduling your programs back-to-back.
Program Times: All of the educational programs are about 50 minutes long. Just for the Fun of It, the family variety show, is about 45 minutes long.
Snow Days: If your school is closed due to snow or another emergency, we will reschedule the program for the first mutually convenient date at no penalty. If the day is a delayed opening, we stick to that date and squeeze the shows in. Keep in mind that on foul weather days Keith is often on the road four or five hours before "show time". Please make an effort to call him (1-401-781-6676) as early as possible when a snow day dawns.
