service. We're always happy to answer any questions you
might have about Keith's programs. It helps us, when you
call or write, if you have the following information at
hand. We'll need to know:
• The
approximate number of students who will be attending the
show(s).
• School address and phone number.
• A fax number, as we prefer to send contracts via
fax. (Yes, we will mail it if you'd rather.)
• The month you're interested in and favorite day of
the week for presenting programs in your school.
We hope that you
will just pick up the phone and call because it's quick and
easy that way, but there are other means of contacting us.

We answer all email
within 24 hours. If you haven't heard from us within 24
hours, we didn't receive your email. We comb through the
spam folder daily, but for some reason, some email is
deleted automatically, without rhyme or reason. This
happens more often than you might think.

email, please call us at 800-730-6676. We'll provide you
with the information you need over the phone. It also helps
us track down problems with the filters.
